Do you want to return an item?

1. Please use our returns portal in the LukTom Shop.

2. After we receive your return request, we will forward your order number.

3. As soon as everything is over, we will send you your return label via your email address.

4. We ask that you return our product in the original packaging.

5. Return location (13-34 storage location) address will be announced.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a refund to your selected payment method.
